Meaningful Collaboration and Diverse Perspectives Strengthen Our Support to Clients

In 2022, TechSource created an industry-leading DEI plan aimed to identify and address the equity gaps in our industry. New programs and initiatives were created and implemented, and they build on the groundwork we currently have in place.

In its second year of operation, TechSource continued to sponsor the NextGen Accelerators, which TechSource designed to provide its up‑and‑coming professionals with leadership mentoring directly from the Chief Operating Officer. This initiative helps ensure that participants learn basic operational and financial concepts and how to parlay this knowledge to succeed in the industry.

Having a workforce comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds ensures that a diversity of viewpoints addresses all contingencies and ultimately creates a more nuanced and innovative work product.

In 2023, the Washington Post and the Albuquerque Journal recognized TechSource as a Top Workplace in our two primary geographical locations for the second and third year in a row, respectively. Our Employer of Choice efforts were again recently validated by our employee appreciation survey through Energage, a leading employee engagement survey provider, where TechSource scored in the top quartile of employers in 11 of 12 cultural categories including employee appreciation, meaningful work, and strong values. Moreover, TechSource scored in the top 5% in 6 of the 11 categories, and in the top 1% of employers where employees feel appreciated and rewarded. Tellingly, TechSource employees overwhelmingly would recommend TechSource as an employer to others.
