Position Description

Your Opportunity: 

We are hiring a controller to lead our accounting and financial team. As a working leader, you’ll oversee a variety of duties including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial statements, month-end closings, and regulatory filings. In addition, you will ensure compliance to Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regulations. As a motivated and supportive leader, you will examine processes, increase efficiencies, and equip the team for continued company growth. What You Will Do:  

  • Manage and support a team of 10 accounting and finance professionals. 
  • Oversee the following tasks: 
  • Prepare monthly financial statements including workpaper preparation and review.
  • Prepare, review, and post monthly journal entries. 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory filings with state and federal government entities.
  • Assist with and review cashflow forecast on a recurring basis.

Deputy Program Manager - Governance (NEA) — Albuquerque, NM

Your Opportunity

As a full-time Deputy Program Manager, you will work for TechSource and support the Nuclear Enterprise Assurance (NEA) Division (NA-121.4). You will assist the NEA Governance Lead with programmatic activities within the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Your Opportunity:

TechSource is hiring a full-time Business Specialist to provide support to the Office of Defense Programs, NA-10, Human Capital and Business Operations (HCBO), part of Department of Energy (DOE)/National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Personnel Security Specialist — Los Alamos, NM

Position Description

Your Opportunity:

TechSource is looking for a full-time Personnel Security Specialist to provide administrative and management support to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Los Alamos Field Office (NA-LA), which is responsible for enabling safe, secure mission performance by integrating contract direction, oversight, and performance evaluations of the Management and Operating (M&O) contractor at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) located in Los Alamos, New Mexico. 

 

You will provide support in the areas of program metrics and performance, personnel security support, management support, and program administrative support. It is a hybrid work arrangement with both onsite work at the NNSA office in Los Alamos and remote work from home or the TechSource office in Albuquerque on a weekly basis.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide program metrics and performance assistance by:
    • Reviewing and monitoring security-related performance metrics.
    • Inputting data to track findings and report corrective actions in departmental tracking systems, such as SSIMS.
    • Developing and maintaining tools to manage security program performance.
  • Provide personnel security support by:
    • Offering advice and support to leadership, to include Team Leads and Security Manager, regarding inquiries for case status, program issues, and complex security clearance cases.
    • Prescreening and processing clearance request forms as well as prescreening/processing of Personal Identity Verification requests (in compliance with HSPD-12).
    • Screening and evaluating reports of investigation in cases involving requests for security credentials, in compliance with HSPD-12 requirements.

    • Providing prompt, courteous customer service to clearance holders and applicants, DOE departments, and other government agencies.

    • Developing and tracking actions and correspondence in eDOCS.
    • Entering applicable data into Department of Energy (DOE) and other government agency systems, as well as the maintenance of the Personnel Security Folders (PSFs), which may include access authorizations & badge systems; review & determination of HRP activities; facility approval and registration; control of classified visits; foreign visits and assignments; FOCI; PERSEC and SSIMS data review and entry.
    • Maintaining Personnel Security Files.

  • Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance.
  • 10 or more years of DOE/NNSA personnel security experience.

Position Description

Your Opportunity:

Techsource is hiring a full-time program analyst to support the Uranium Modernization Program. System Administrator — Albuquerque, NM

Position Description

Your Opportunity:

TechSource is looking for a part-time System Administrator to support a classified, SAPF, and/or SCIF environment. You will ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available, update and patch critical systems, and maintain security. You’ll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical system. You’ll work 10 – 20 hours a month onsite at TechSource’s Albuquerque Office.

 

What You will Do:

  • Resolve IT hardware and software issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software or system functional specifications. 
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, provide system administration for assigned systems, and establish and maintain security as it relates to users.
  • Apply security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment.
  • Support new infrastructure projects and maintain all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.

  • Experience performing workstation setup/configuration image and changes.

  • Experience creating, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.

As a system engineer you will conduct system engineering and analysis work in support of Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of System Engineering (NA-18). You will apply engineering principles and practices to solve complex engineering challenges involved with various weapon systems.
