Your Opportunity

TechSource is hiring a full-time Budget Analyst to support the Depleted Uranium Modernization Program and its nuclear deterrence mission with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). You will use and develop your planning, budgeting, and evaluation skills on a diverse portfolio. Working with a motivated, knowledgeable, and collaborative team, you will interface with the national security laboratories and production facilities who are engaged in managing technical work to modernize our nuclear weapon stockpile. What You Will Do

  • Provide federal program team with clear, concise, accurate, and timely budget analyses and information to support programmatic decision-making.
  • Execute monthly and routine budget processes for program.
  • Monitor and report to federal staff the progress of programmatic plans and advise on program deliverables.
  • Complete annual, quarterly, and other periodic reporting requirements at program reviews and meetings.
  • Draft and edit materials including fact sheets, budget worksheets, reports, and briefings.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (related field may be considered).
  • 5 or more years of budget analysis experience.
  • Financial knowledge and analytical skills to make informed strategic decisions.

ISSO — Albuquerque, NM

Position Description

Your Opportunity:

As a part-time Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for TechSource, you will carry out technical administration of information security for our Albuquerque office. You will ensure compliance with contract security specifications and information system requirements.

 

You will work up to 20 hours a month. Due to the nature of this work, you will be required to visit the Albuquerque office to perform the job duties. Only local candidates are being considered for the position.

  • Lead program tasks and technology development efforts. Apply technical and program knowledge to support and advise the Depleted Uranium Modernization Program.

  • Act as primary lead for requirements management, anomaly resolution, and project execution.
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze data from production prototype and production processes.

Senior Program Manager — Aiken, SC

Position Description

Your Opportunity

You will serve as TechSource’s full-time Senior Program Manager at the Savannah River Site (SRS). You will develop leads and manage the implementation of government contracts and task orders. You will plan, coordinate, and manage actions by TechSource to acquire and execute contracts associated with SRS. You will work in a hybrid environment with both onsite SRS work and remote work from home weekly. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the startup of a SRS program management office.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage actions to acquire and implement contracts and task orders.
  • Provide oversight and direction to technical support teams supporting critical missions at the Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) for Battelle Savannah River Alliance (BSRA) and at the SRS M&O for Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS). 
  • Manage costs and schedules, ensure contract compliance, and serve as the customer contact.

What You Will Need

  • 20 or more years of program management experience supporting Department of Energy (DOE)/Office of Environmental Management (EM) and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), preferably at SRS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or business management is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, capture, and deliver new work in a government contracting environment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Superior collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and highly motivated.
